Your pet's photo, your phone number, the address where your pet was last seen and the flyer are created in your browser. They are not sent to us.
What we receive
- For the Bagua reading: the date and time your pet went missing, the kind of pet, the colors and behavior you selected, and your pet's name. We use these to calculate the reading.
- When you buy a report: we keep those same details with your order, so your report link keeps working. PayPal or Gumroad processes your payment and receives your email and payment details. We receive a payment reference, and for Gumroad your license key. We do not receive your full card number.
- Feedback and usage: a random number created on your device, which features you used, your rating and comments, and contact details only if you type them in.
Why
To create and deliver your report, handle refunds and support, and improve the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Our data is stored with Cloudflare. Payments are handled by PayPal or Gumroad.
Your choices
To have your order or feedback deleted, email with your receipt or feedback text.
