If you're not satisfied with your Bagua report for any reason, email within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
If your report doesn't load
If you paid but can't see your report, email us with your payment receipt. We'll send the link again or refund you, whichever you prefer.
How to ask
Include the email address you used at checkout, or a copy of your PayPal or Gumroad receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It is faster for you and helps us keep the service running.

付款后看不到报告
如果已付款但无法查看报告，请附上付款收据发邮件给我们。我们会重新发送链接或为您退款，由您选择。
如何申请
请提供付款时使用的邮箱或收据副本。退款将原路退回，通常需要 5–10 个工作日，视银行而定。
如有问题，请先联系我们，而不是直接向银行发起争议。这样处理更快，也有助于我们持续提供服务。
